| I'm a sixteen year old photographer (and artist) on an endless search of inspiration. I do what I do so that I can hold pieces of the world in my hands. I am facinated with time. My preferance in photography is darkened landscapes, old villages/cities, ancient structures and so forth. I'm travelling to Germany and Switzerland this summer to represent how bloody serious I am about my 'search of inspiration'. My Nikon D60 is considered the underdog in comparison to the camera I almost bought. But now I wouldn't trade it for anything; it's an extension of myself and it has been since the employee at Ivans was taking it from it's glass shelf for me to hold when it's lens caught the sun for a moment shooting off a brilliant golden ray that illuminated all the dust in the air for a brief moment making everything glitter, reflecting a golden light throughout the tiny shop. It was the camera that froze time for the fraction of a second when I first saw it and it stole my heart in that very moment. We work together. |

There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

'Mind Over Matter' .... if you don't mind it ... it doesn't really matter!
I love doing this especially with castles and old town streets. (Cobblestone ones more then any others.. I strain my ears so badly yearning to hear somesort of horse from the past walk by pulling a cart behind it)
I'm going to Germany this summer with my school pretty much just to take pictures and see things that are centuries older then I am.
